FAQ’s

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. Our embroidery machines accommodate runs from one
to 10,000 garments - or even more

Is there a set-up charge?

There is no set-up charge for text in standard font. orders of 10 items or more requiring standard
embroidery (i.e. one design of approx 100 x100mm and up to 10,000 stitches).
This covers most clients who need just a single placement of embroidery on
the front left breast. Second or third placements of different designs.

Set-up charges are based on stitch count - and you pay them only once. After
origination all designs remain on our secure database for future use.

How long will you take to deliver?

Typically we deliver within 5-7 days of receiving signed purchase order,
subject to stock availability. If you need a really quick service - perhaps
for a promotional event or exhibition - we can also provide 48-hour Express
 Turnaround for no additional fee.

How can I send my logo/design
artwork to you?

Because we use the latest software technology we can accept your logo as an
email attachment in most formats (including .PDF, .JPG, .EPS, .BMP and so
on). If you can't provide a digital version of your chosen design, we can
work from clear, good quality hard copies. And if you'd like some help (or
all those letters look confusing!) just call our friendly in-house design
team- we'll be delighted to help.

What factors influence the
pricing of my order?
Every client has different needs, so we aim to accommodate all budgets
without compromising on quality. Just take a look at our online catalogue

What about extra embroidery?

This is an increasingly popular and highly effective way to make the most of
your company's exposure.

If you want a second or third embroidery placement (e.g. another logo or to
advertise your website/phone number on sleeves, shirt backs, etc.) we charge
per extra 1,000 stitches - and we'll be happy to give you a quick quote

Can I supply my own garments?

We are more than happy to provide an embroidery only service for clients who
wish to source their own garments.

Can you match my corporate
 colours exactly?

In most cases, yes. If you know and can supply the necessary Pantone Colour
References we can cross-match our threads accordingly to create an extremely
precise end result. However, because of the colour and nature of various
materials it isn't always possible to achieve a 100% match.
